Returns, Cancellations, & Exchanges

Returns

RuthieOnArt gladly accepts returns, exchanges, and cancellations with the following conditions.

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Please Request a cancellation: before the item has shipped

Due to the nature of these items, they can’t be returned or exchanged. Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

* Custom or personalized orders

* Digital downloads

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping costs incurred with the original order will not be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

Please allow a few days for the deposit to be reflected on your bank account. 3-5 days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellations

You may cancel an item before it ships, within the first 24 hours.

Exchanges

Ruthieonart accepts exchanges only if the product is defective or damaged. Please contact us as soon as you receive your item, and we will make arrangements for you to return the item so you may receive a new one. Original artwork cannot be exchanged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return a damaged product you will be emailed a return postage label.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs from the initial purchase of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, we will send you a tractable shipping service or you can purchase shipping insurance.
